A Delightful Stay with Exceptional Dog-Friendly Service

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay. The staff truly embraced my dog, making us feel at home. The downstairs bar served exquisite meals in a tastefully decorated space. Don't miss their breakfast. it’s a great way to start your day! Bring a cooling solution for your pup's food, as rooms can get warm.

The hotel boasted a great location and friendly staff, which made the stay enjoyable overall. the room was quite small and needed some updates. The breakfast was decent, but some portions felt a bit limited. I'd consider returning, possibly requesting a different room for more space.

I had a fantastic time here with a really comfortable single room and enjoyed an excellent evening meal. I loved how close I was to the gorgeous St Anne's Beach, just a short stroll away, and the lovely Promenade Gardens, perfect for a casual walk in the fresh air.

The hotel showcased lovely seaside decor, enhancing the atmosphere. The accessible facilities made navigating the space easy for seniors like me, and the staff were incredibly kind in assisting with our needs. A delightful experience overall.

I enjoyed my stay for 3 nights in a cozy single room, especially savoring the delicious breakfast options and the fun entertainment in the bar area. There are great opportunities for relaxing by the beach and taking long strolls along the shore. One downside was the bathroom being a bit too spacious which made the bedroom feel cramped, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

Exceptional room, exceptional service, with a lovely big twin room that was exceptionally clean and provided comfy beds along with an amazing breakfast and free wi-fi in public areas.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the cozy bar area and spacious rooms. Enjoyed walking around the stunning promenade and visiting Cragside. It's dog friendly, so we didn't mind a few barking buddies around. Good vibes and decent breakfast, although it got a bit busy at times.

The guava jam at breakfast was a jaw-dropper – I could spread that on toast all day! the cozy bar area had a lovely vibe, perfect for a nightcap. Service was solid throughout my stay!

While the vibes were great, the room was freezing! We had to complain twice about the heating, but it didn't seem to work, which really put a damper on our special visit.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar area, and lovely dining options. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. You will enjoy your time here.
